NOTE: Your initial Muleriders password is in the following format.
UpperCaseFirstInitial + UpperCaseMIddleInitial + UpperCaseLastInitial + Last6ofSSN + !

NOTE: Your initial Mulerider password will use the last 6 digits of your ID number if you do not have an SSN

ie: ABC123456!

The easiest way to sync your SAU Muleriders, mySAU, BlackBoard and Network passwords is to go to mySAU portal and change your password there via the "I Forgot My Password" link.

Please verify your identity by entering the following.

Last Name:
First Name:
Last 4 digits of SSN: (Use Last 4 digits of ID number if you do not have an SSN)
Birthdate (8 digit MMDDYYYY): THE BIRTHDATE MUST BE IN FORMAT SHOWN
